Downtown level addition

Everyone loves a good before and after! A local contractor added an entire second level to this home in Indianapolis and it was a satisfying job to be a part of.

Operating in downtown Indianapolis, we’re no strangers to tight spaces and back alley deliveries. This job had a very small area for us to operate in but we got it done safely and efficiently!

Sweet Briar Park Upgrades

In July of 2024, the HOA for the neighborhood of Sweet Briar decided to make upgrades to their park equipment. As lifetime residents of the neighborhood, we were more than happy to support the project and provide waste management solutions the whole way through. As a family owned company, we fully understand the importance of neighborhoods and community, and we are honored to be a part of projects like this one.

This was a tough one! At this job site we delivered to the back yard and had about 2 inches of clearance on either side of the truck in order to get through the gate. But of course, we made it happen and took care of the customer with multiple pick ups and deliveries!

What is a roll-off dumpster?

A roll-off dumpster is a large, open-top waste container designed for temporary use, delivered by truck and rolled off into place.

What size dumpster should I get?

We have the right size dumpster for any job!

  • 10 yard trailer: Ideal for gravel or mulch delivery. Can be used for small waste removal in a pinch but not always recommended
  • 12 yard: Ideal for heavy debris removal such as concrete or dirt. (max weight 2 tons)
  • 14 yard: Perfect for small cleanup projects, such as garage cleanouts, small remodels, or yard waste. (max weight 2 tons)
  • 15 yard: Useful for small construction projects with waste materials like lumber, drywall, and other construction debris. (max weight 2 tons)
  • 20 yard: Typically used for larger construction projects or thorough home cleanouts. (max weight 2.5 tons)
Do you offer 40 yard dumpsters?

At the moment we do not offer 40 yard dumpsters, but we happily provide two 20 yard dumpsters for a better price and with quicker service than a 40 yard from our competitors!

What can I not put in the dumpster?

Hazardous materials: anything that is ignitable, corrosive, reactive, or toxic.

Yes, some circumstances require extra costs.

  • $75/ton overweight prorated price (see dumpster sizes above)
  • Delivery fee: varies based on distance
  • $75 relocation fee
  • $10 optional underlayment for surface protection
  • $40 dig-out fee (usually only happens in the winter)

With over 20 years of experience as a general contractor, our founder Damon Heasley saw firsthand the need for reliable, on-time dumpster service in the construction and renovation industries.
